How To Join Cryonics UK?

To join Cryonics UK, it is necessary to set up a standing order (as we are a voluntary mutual assistance group, all our financial resources come from ourselves — everyone from our President downwards pays the same contributions).

The necessary contributions are currently as follows:

  • Monthly subscription if you wish to attend training sessions: £15
  • Monthly subscription if you do not wish to attend training sessions: £20
  • Monthly subscription for a household if at least one member of the household attends training sessions: £25
  • Monthly subscription for a household if no members of that household attend training sessions: £30

Why the different quotes?

You will note that the dues are lower for those who wish to attend training sessions than they are for those who do not. That is because as a voluntary mutual assistance organisation, we all benefit far more from having more fully trained standby team members.

How many training sessions a year are there?

By "attending training sessions", we are defining this as attending at least two training sessions per year. Trainings are held quarterly, four in a year, and take place on weekends, in Sheffield. For details please see the "Events > Next Training" section at the top of the page.

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact our Organiser, David Styles, or our Treasurer, Graham Hipkiss, whose contact details can both be found by clicking on the "Contact" tab at the top of the page.

Again I reiterate that we are self-funded, and pay exactly what you pay, in the proper spirit of a mutual assistance group. Human Organ Preservation Research Trust's financial details can be found here.
